From customer happiness, HR and sales to administration and planning, Madelon is at home in all Belco markets. With her excellent organizational skills, she knows how to convert unstructured ideas into concrete plans. She also fulfills the role of mother superior and keeps the pack of men expertly in line - and that is necessary.

As a Support Specialist, Reinoud is the first point of contact for our customers. Thanks to his specialist knowledge and long experience at Belco, he knows the answer to (almost) all questions, he likes to think along with customers and problems are resolved quickly - always friendly and with a smile.

Edwin likes to describe himself as a 'professional busybody' – and there is something in that. He is involved in many processes within Belco and is always ready to give his honest opinion about something. He likes to maintain the working atmosphere with the necessary (sometimes bad) humor, but is also known as very driven, with a sharp vision of the future of Belco.

This down-to-earth Frisian helps colleague Reinoud in the Support Department. And he learns quickly: his knowledge about Belco increases every day and by asking the right questions to customers, he knows how to quickly analyze problems.

Binq was initially appointed as head of security, but it soon turned out that this position did not suit him. Instead of an alarming bark, everyone in the building is welcomed with a wagging tail. Binq's work ethic is nothing to write home about, but hey... it is fun.

Hello, my name is Arjan and I design apps, websites and web applications. For the past 10 years, I've been helping companies design valuable digital experiences that are easy to use for everyone, regardless of device or browser.

I like to work in a place where I can learn and grow. This way I can encourage others and also learn new things. My dream job would be one where I get to work on beautiful designs that require some magic from me so that they turn into high quality HTML/CSS markup. After every assignment I would feel accomplished.

Stefan is the technical backbone of Belco. As CTO, he ensures that our technology always stays one step ahead, and that our platform remains not only powerful, but also easy to use. His passion for innovation and his ability to simplify complex problems are indispensable to our team.

With a deep interest in technological infrastructure, Dejan is the Backend Brain of Belco. His journey started with a small Raspberry Pi, with which he explored the basics of programming. Dejan is now the silent force behind our robust servers and efficient databases, and ensures that everything runs smoothly. Dejan is not only a technical talent, but also a valued colleague who is always ready to share his knowledge.

Sulaiman is a true jack of all trades in the world of coding. His expertise extends from front end to back end, making him the bridge between what you see and what you don't see at Belco. With a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of systems, he ensures that our services not only work well, but also look good.
