Linking Lightspeed to Belco
When you run one or more web shops, you know better than anyone that you will receive questions, emails and telephone calls. To ensure that these all arrive and can be handled at one central point, use Belco software. Because many of our customers use Magento 2, we have developed a plug-in that allows you to easily connect your Magento 2 webshop to Belco's software.
Is it difficult to connect Lightspeed to Belco? No! This is easily done with the handy Lightspeed API. You do this by going to Shops in the Belco menu and clicking on 'Add shop'.

Advantages
Linking Lightspeed to Belco has a number of useful advantages. Below we explain 3 of them.
1. Add channels
When you have linked Lightspeed to Belco, all customer information is loaded immediately. The next step is to connect all your channels through which questions come in to Belco once. All communication then arrives in one inbox, so you always have an overview and can quickly respond to customer questions.
2. Create teams
Lightspeed is a platform that is very suitable for larger web shops. The larger the webshop, the more customer questions come in and the more important it becomes to get them to the right employee. You can therefore create teams within Belco: for example, a team specialized in handling returns or a team where all (hopefully not too many) complaints are received.
3. View order history
When your customer is recognized by the Belco system, you will see the customer's complete order history on your screen. So you see all the customer's ordered products on screen with the corresponding status of the order.
